There is no theft of material weight as the TMT bars are sourced and negotiated directly from the manufacturer. If the buyer re-weighs the product after delivery and the weight is less than that originally stated, a representative from our side as well as the manufacturer will intervene directly to resolve the issue.

The stated weight is the approximate value and may differ after the product is actually weighed during shipment. If the weight quoted is less than the amount paid by the buyer, the seller will issue a credit note within 4 to 6 hours of delivery.

If the product purchased weights less than 6 tonnes, the buyer is responsible for unloading the product. In the event that the weight is 12 tonnes, the seller is responsible for unloading.
